Dr. Abigail “Abbie” Swank, a proud native of Cary, North Carolina, earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. During her doctoral training, she received multiple honors, including nominations for the Clinical Excellence Award and the James Beurkle Memorial Award, and was recognized as an outstanding Clinical Teaching Assistant. She held a leadership role within Palmer’s advanced Motion Palpation curriculum, served as a student representative for the Motion Palpation Institute, and further refined her diagnostic imaging expertise through Palmer’s highly selective Black Coat radiology program.
Dr. Swank also holds a Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University, where she was a Varsity Goalkeeper for the Wolfpack soccer team, competing at the highest level in the ACC. Her experience as a collegiate athlete gives her unique insight into the needs of active individuals and athletes.

Her firsthand experience with athletic performance and recovery drives her commitment to helping patients achieve their health and fitness goals.
