The Thompson technique utilizes a special drop table to provide directed, less forceful adjustments. Gonstead technique is a type of manipulation that requires a high level of expertise. Because of the difficulty of proficiency, most Chiropractors will not have high levels of skill and experience with Gonstead. However, because Gonstead cervical adjustments do not rotate or twist the neck, this technique is extremely important to our practice.
